Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Pinevale Ontario Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Provided

Pinevale Ontario Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary from estimates if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing pets during service. You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles that were not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.

6. Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for tree work on your property. We can advise you on permit requirements, but it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local ordinances and homeowners association rules. We reserve the right to refuse service if required permits have not been obtained.

7. Liability and Insurance

Pinevale Ontario Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, plants, or property, or for damage resulting from hidden defects or conditions that could not reasonably be discovered during our initial assessment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. Any warranties on specific services will be provided in writing at the time of service.

9. Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all debris generated by our work from your property. Wood chips from stump grinding may be left on site for use as mulch unless removal is specifically requested. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your lawn and landscaping during our work, but some minor damage may be unavoidable.

10. Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available 24/7 and are subject to emergency service rates. Emergency work focuses on removing immediate hazards and making the site safe. Additional work to complete cleanup or address non-urgent issues will be scheduled and billed separately at standard rates.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with California law.
